I've been eyeing this mural to match ever since I saw it in progress in August 2017. The piece itself is very expansive, it's located in the parking lot of Beatnik studios and covers one entire side of the Capitol Area Development Authority building. My favorite part of the mural is honestly the geometric patterning, not only for how it striking it is in person, but also because of the enormous effort that went into it.
It was a typical sweltering hot August afternoon when I decided to visit Jose's mural and as I mentioned above, witnessing the mural in progress was just as special as seeing the final product. When I arrived, Jose was elevated on a cherry picker balancing an extremely long ruler as he focused intently on creating the line work within the piece.

The dress I'm wearing in this match is actually from Amazon. The quality isn't the best but honestly you get what you pay for and the palette was pretty dang perfect! I would definitely recommend it - just be mindful that the color combination isn't exactly what's seen in the thumbnail. The picture isn't accurate but that actually benefitted me in this case!
